I didn\u2019t need an epic mountain mission or a technical trail run; I just needed to get some air in the lungs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I hopped on the mountain bike for a short, low-pressure spin around my hometurf. There\u2019s something incredibly grounding about riding trails you know by heart. You don\u2019t have to check a map or worry about the route; you just pedal and let your mind catch up with your body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ride was nothing record-breaking\u2014just a quick loop to shake off the cobwebs\u2014but by the time I hit the final descent, that &#8220;off&#8221; feeling had finally started to lift.
